3. Data Deletion Instructions
Since DISC Insight works completely offline and stores your data solely on your device within the secure disc_history.json file, you have total ownership and control over your data deletion:
- How to delete individual history records: Navigate to the History screen within the app and use the delete action on specific entries, or use the option to clear all history.
- How to completely remove all data: Uninstall the application from your device, or clear the application cache/data through your device's system app settings.
4. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Where is my data stored?
A: Your registration info, question answers, and assessment history are stored entirely offline in your device's secure internal storage. They are never transmitted to external cloud servers.
Q: Why am I unable to export or share the PDF report?
A: DISC Insight generates and triggers the PDF using your device's native system share sheet. Please ensure your device has a compatible PDF viewer application installed and that system permission for file sharing is allowed.
Q: Can I run tests for multiple profiles or candidates?
A: Yes. Each assessment runs independently. You can register a different candidate name/email combination before starting a new test. The local history screen preserves each record alongside its specific candidate details.
