This Privacy Policy governs the DISC Insight mobile application and explains how we manage your data.

1. Information We Collect

The data processed depends on your interaction with specific features of the app. Because DISC Insight operates locally on your device, we process data without transferring it to external servers.

1.1 Profile and Registration Data

We collect basic information during candidate registration:

• Name
• Email Address
• Age
• Gender
• Test Date

1.2 Questionnaire Answers and Psychometric Scores

To generate your DISC results, we process:

• Your selections for the 24 DISC questions.
• Calculated raw scores and coordinates (Most, Least, Change).
• Generated DISC charts and behavioral archetype profiles.

📌 Important Note: All registration details, answers, scores, and chart data are stored strictly locally on your device in the file disc_history.json within the application's secure storage.

2. How We Use Information

We utilize the collected data to:

• Generate accurate DISC charts and psychometric archetypes.
• Export and share results as formatted PDF reports.
• Maintain a local assessment history on the device for your ongoing review.

3. When Data Leaves Your Device

DISC Insight is a local-only application. Your personal data and assessment results do not leave your device unless you explicitly initiate a share action (e.g., sharing a results card or exporting the PDF report) using your device's native system share sheet.

4. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information. All Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and psychometric results are kept strictly local under your own control.

5. Data Retention

• Local History: All records are retained locally on your device until you choose to clear your history inside the app, delete the application data in system settings, or uninstall the app completely.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You have absolute ownership and control over your data through the following mechanisms:

• Local Data Management: You can access, review, and delete individual history records directly from the History screen inside the app.
• App Data Reset: You can wipe all local data at any time by uninstalling the application or using your device settings to clear the app's cache and data.

7. Security and Privacy

• Security: Since your data is stored locally within the application's document folder, we highly recommend securing your physical device with a passcode, PIN, or biometric lock (fingerprint/face recognition).
• Children's Privacy: DISC Insight is an informational self-assessment tool. If a child under the age of 13 uses the app, their assessment data remains entirely on their own device and is never collected or accessed by us.
