Welcome to My Style Camera. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our mobile application. By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using the application immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the My Style Camera application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our accompanying Privacy Policy.

2. Permitted Use and Device Permissions

To provide its core functionality, the application requires you to grant specific device permissions. By using the app, you agree to grant:

Camera Access: To display the live view, render pose outlines, and capture photos.
Storage / Media Gallery Access: To save your captured photos directly to your device.

⚠️ User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for obtaining explicit consent from any individuals you photograph or record using the application.

3. Service Operation & Dynamic Asset Streaming

To keep the application installation size compact, My Style Camera utilizes a hybrid structure:

Local Processing: All camera feeds, image processing, and pose keypoint matching calculations are performed entirely locally on your device.
Asset Streaming: Reference images for extended presets (version 1.1, 1.2, and future releases) are hosted externally on our Cloudflare R2 storage. The application will download and cache these assets upon preset selection.
Data Charges: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any mobile carrier data fees, internet usage charges, or roaming fees incurred while streaming these assets.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the camera processing logic or pose-matching algorithms.
Using the application to capture photos of individuals surreptitiously or without their explicit consent.
Circumventing, bypassing, or modifying the asset fetching mechanism to extract proprietary preset guides or reference images for external use.
Using the application for any unlawful, harassing, or abusive purposes.

5. Disclaimers & Limitations

5.1 Camera & Pose Guide Disclaimer

My Style Camera provides compositional guides, diagonal lines, and pose alignment scores for informational, recreational, and educational purposes to assist in portrait composition.

We do not guarantee that using the pose overlays will result in professional, perfect, or artistically flawless photographs.
The local "Pose Score" is a purely mathematical approximation of joint alignment and must not be used as a metric for medical, physical therapy, or health diagnostic purposes.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall My Style Camera or its developers be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Any loss or corruption of captured photos due to device failure, system crashes, storage limitations, or operating system upgrades.
Temporary unavailability or downtime of the Cloudflare R2 servers hosting the preset reference images.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the application after any changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
