1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Auto Clipper application and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using the application and services immediately.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity performed through your account. If you sign in via Google or other supported authentication methods, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials.

3. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the media and materials you provide. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload, process, edit, render, download, share, or publish that content.

This responsibility extends to:

Videos imported from your local device.
Subtitles, captions, and AI-generated metadata (titles, descriptions, hashtags).
URLs submitted for remote media fetching.
Content scheduled or published to third-party platforms via the Publisher feature.

If you process content from third-party platforms (via URL or Publisher), you must comply with that platform's specific Terms of Service, copyright policies, and community guidelines.

4. Service Operation & Cloud Processing

Auto Clipper utilizes a hybrid processing model. While some editing functions may occur locally, significant features rely on backend server-side processing, including:

Media uploads and URL-based fetching.
AI transcription, clip suggestion generation, and metadata creation.
Cloud storage for job history, galleries, and downloads.
Automated scheduling and publishing to third-party platforms.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Quotas

Paid subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the respective platform's policies.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge:

Activation is verified server-side; Pro access ends if a subscription expires, is canceled, or fails verification.
One-Time Bonuses: Certain tiers may include a "Fast Mode" credit bonus upon first activation; these are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Free Tier: Users on the free tier may be subject to advertisements and usage limits.
Quotas: Server-side enforcement applies to render quotas, energy balances, and credit balances.

6. Reseller Program

The service operator may grant "Reseller" status to certain users, allowing them to generate and distribute access codes for Pro subscriptions.

Reseller Obligations:

Reseller access is granted at the operator's discretion and may be revoked at any time.
Resellers must not misrepresent the service or engage in deceptive sales practices.
Access codes are considered non-refundable once claimed by a recipient.
The operator is not responsible for financial disputes between resellers and their customers.

7. Publisher Feature

The Publisher feature allows users to automate content delivery to connected external platforms.

User Responsibility: You are solely liable for the content published and its compliance with the destination platform’s laws and policies.
Authorization: By connecting an account, you authorize Auto Clipper to post content on your behalf at scheduled times.
No Guarantee of Delivery: Successful posting is subject to platform API stability, account standing, and network conditions. We do not guarantee 100% delivery success.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Auto Clipper to:

Violate copyrights, privacy rights, or local laws.
Process material that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful.
Interfere with service integrity, reverse engineer the app, or bypass usage quotas.
Distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized automation.
Misuse the Reseller program or the Publisher feature.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Our service relies on third-party providers, including but not limited to:

Infrastructure: Google Play, Firebase, and backend hosting.
Monetization: Google AdMob.
AI Models: Configured providers such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Zhipu.
Social Media: Platforms you choose to connect (e.g., YouTube).
Your use of these integrations is also governed by their respective terms.

10. Termination and Availability

Suspension: We reserve the right to limit or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if your activity poses a security risk.
Warranties: The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with all devices, codecs, or third-party APIs.
Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Clipper and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or failed scheduled posts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service following an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
