By accessing or using Auto Clipper, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

If you sign in using Google, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be responsible for any actions performed through your account

3. Your Content and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you provide. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal rights to use that content.

This includes:

• Videos imported from your device
• Subtitles, captions, and text content
• Titles, descriptions, hashtags, and metadata
• URLs submitted for remote media processing

When submitting third-party URLs, you must comply with the source platform’s terms, copyright rules, and applicable laws.

4. Service Operation

Auto Clipper is not a purely local editor.

Depending on the features used, the service may:

• Upload media to backend servers
• Fetch media from user-provided URLs
• Process transcription, clipping, and rendering server-side
• Store outputs and history for later access

Some actions may occur locally on your device, but key features rely on server-side processing.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, Ads, and Usage Limits

Subscriptions are handled through Google Play, which manages billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds under its own policies.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that:

• Subscription status may be verified server-side
• Pro access may end if a subscription expires, is canceled, refunded, or fails verification
• Free-tier users may experience ads and feature limitations
• Usage limits (e.g., render quota or energy balance) may be enforced server-side

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate laws, copyrights, or third-party rights
• Upload or process illegal, abusive, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or bypass system protections or limits
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Distribute malware, spam, or abusive automated behavior

7. Third-Party Services

The service may depend on third-party providers, including:

• Google Play
• Firebase services
• Google AdMob
• Hosting infrastructure providers
• AI processing providers

Your use of such services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your actions pose legal, security, or operational risks
• The service is abused

We may also modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee:

• Successful processing of all files or URLs
• Compatibility with all devices, formats, or platforms

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Failures in uploads, downloads, processing, or rendering

arising from your use of the service.

 Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
