The data processed depends on your interaction with specific features of the app. Because Persona Scan operates locally on your device, we process all data without transferring it to external servers.

• Gender
• Test Date

1.2 Questionnaire Answers and Psychometric Scores

To generate your personality, career, and team assessment results, we process:

• Your answers to the questions across all modules (Big Five, RIASEC, Enneagram, Team Role, Conflict, and Needs).
• Calculated scores and validity flags (such as straight-lining, high-neutral response rate, or too-fast answering flags).
• Generated archetypes, radar/bar charts, and narrative profiles.

🔒 Data Security Note: All registration details, answers, scores, and chart data are stored strictly locally on your device using the application's secure storage (last_result_v1 key under shared preferences).

2. How We Use Information

We utilize the collected data solely to:

• Generate psychometric results and visual charts.
• Export and share results as PDF reports.
• Maintain your last assessment history on the device for your review.

3. Data Transfer and Third Parties

3.1 When Data Leaves Your Device

Persona Scan is a local-only application. Your personal data does not leave your device unless you explicitly initiate a share action (e.g., exporting the PDF report) using the system share sheet.

3.2 Sharing and Service Providers

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information. All personal details and psychometric results are kept strictly local.

4. Data Retention

• Local History: All records are retained locally on your device until you choose to clear your results in the app, delete the application data in system settings, or uninstall the app.

5. Your Choices and Rights

You have full control over your data through the following mechanisms:

• Local Data Management: Access, review, and clear results directly from the Onboarding or Result screen inside the app.
• App Data Reset: You can delete all local data instantly by uninstalling the application or using your device settings to clear the app's cache and data.

6. Security and Children's Privacy

• Security: Since your data is stored locally within the application's secure storage, we highly recommend securing your device with a passcode, PIN, or biometric lock to prevent unauthorized local access.
• Children's Privacy: Persona Scan is an informational self-reflection and coaching tool. If a child under the age of 13 uses the app, their assessment data remains entirely on their device and is never collected or accessed by us.
